ÎLOTS AUX SABLES
Lost in the turquoise vastness to the southeast of Sainte-Marie, the "Ilots aux Sables" form a natural triptych of rare beauty: Nosy Rinditra, Nosy Andromba, and Nosy Alanana. These strips of immaculate white sand, which seem to float like mirages on the Indian Ocean, are a vital ornithological sanctuary.
Beneath the surface, the coral reefs bordering these sandbars are home to abundant aquatic life, making this protected marine area an exceptional site for nature observation, both above and below water.
ÎLOTS AUX SABLES

Two local chefs offer delicious crab-based specialties.
