CÉTAMADA PARTNER

Based in Sainte-Marie, the Cétamada association works for the protection of marine mammals and their habitat in Madagascar. Their activities are built around four interdependent pillars: blue ecotourism, scientific research, community development, and environmental education.

For 15 years, Cétamada has been demonstrating that conservation and economic development can coexist. Mandated by the Ministry of Tourism, we train specialized guides and pilots in compliance with current regulations (decree n° 33626/2023). The association thus concretely contributes to the professionalization of the sector and the growth of sustainable and responsible tourism.
